![]() I installed it on my brother's computer to test it and it worked without any problem. However when I installed a version from ~2018 it did let me in past the loading and then I think I closed it and opened it again and it upgraded G Hub to the latest 2019 version but it didn't detect my headset and after a reboot I was stuck on the loading screen again. No other programs are launched on my system except windows defender, MSI afterburner and Nvidia drivers so I don't think it comes from that. ![]() My headset isn't even connected now with driver uninstalled so this is a software only issue. I am pretty sure I have tried everything that were in reddit post about this issue. Launching the updater and agent as administrator while the animation is playing (as well as closing them in task manager and launching them again) I had LGS before and I uninstalled it before installing G Hub but I thought maybe there were still files so I reinstalled it and did a revo uninstall ![]() Uninstalled headset drivers in Device Manager and doing a reinstall of G Hub with reboot Of course uninstalling and reinstalling with a reboot inbetween (normal reinstall and revo uninstall as well as deleting the logitech files in %appdata% and %programdata%) I have tried every fixes and reboots I can imagine so I'll list them : No matter what I do I feel like I get stuck on the loading animation loop. There are, of course, other ways to go about doing this, but this one is imo the easiest and most foolproof.I just bought the Logitech G Pro X Headset and I need G Hub to use its fonctionalities. I didn't need to touch any of them myself. You can take a look at the last 2 pages to see if you want to change something there, but those are just preferences. Once you have them all added, order them correctly (Step 7).exe files (Step 7 of the previous list) and add them to the list. Moving on to Actions > New, find the LGHUB.You'll probably want to go with 'At startup' or 'At log on'. Let's switch pages: go to Triggers > New and pick when you want LGHUB to start. Name it, describe it if you feel like doing that (these don't affect functionality at all, so go nuts with it), check 'Run with highest privileges' just to be sure and see that 'Configure for:' is saying the right Windows version for you.( Not Basic Task, because we'll want to make multiple rules at once.) So follow along again if you're hoping for an easy tutorial: ![]() With it, you can create a rule that automatically runs the files correctly when you boot your machine. I definitely should have mentioned this in the original comment, but if you want to automate this process (hey, this makes LGHUB feel almost like a normal program) you might want to use Task Scheduler. I hope they improve this crapshow, but I went through a month of struggling with this and I hope this saves someone the effort.Įdit: I've gotten a few DMs related to the tedious nature of having to dig up the files every time you want to run LGHUB. Check the edit if you want to make LGHUB start automatically. Yes, you have to manually run the executables every time and in order. Every time you shut down the app, you'll have to start it up by going through Step 7. I had to screw around with the registry before I got this to work.ĭo note that after you've done this, it won't be completely fixed. If it doesn't, maybe try to clean install it again. Run them in this order *as administrator*:.He should be chilling there in a group of 3 executables. There should be "LGHub Agent", "LGHub Updater" and such. Find all GHUB processes with Task Manager and end them.It won't work, that's alright, it'll be spinning there as usual. Seriously, this is way too delicate but it's the only way that I got it to work. If you've screwed around with default program installation paths, reset those to go to C. Make sure it's in C:, I installed it on my A: drive and it was all fucky because of that too. If anyone still has this problem, here's what worked for me:
